The Hess & Partners team is made up of cheerful and client-oriented staff members, for whom work means finding the opportunities in everyday life, developing and improving, and also the productive performance of their tasks.

The best thing about our work is when something that previously only existed on paper becomes reality: higher productivity, more efficient manufacturing, increasing sales. This requires the team to act with great precision and accuracy and, most importantly, in full observation of deadlines.

László Sabján – Managing Director and Owner

I have always been interested in what makes one business more efficient or productive than another. Feeling right at home and proving to be successful in the small and medium-sized corporate environment, I have often wondered how I could pass on to others the knowledge I have accumulated over the many years. It is this objective Hess & Partners is meant to accomplish and this is what motivates me: to help our partners achieve more efficient and profitable operation. My days, for the most part, are spent with business development, technological and professional consultancy and strategic planning.

Ottó Vasmatics – Director of Operations

Anna Fazekas – Office Manager

I believe that as office manager, one of my most important tasks is to ensure that the team entrusted to me is able to work smoothly, under relaxed and safe conditions. In addition to expanding my professional know-how and keeping my knowledge up-to-date, I strive to ensure that both my associates and the company’s partners can turn to me in confidence questions and doubts related to their daily tasks and challenges. I enjoy dealing with multiple responsibilities at the same time. Unfortunately, the occasional stress is part of the office work, but I believe that a smile, a friendly word or a helpful gesture helps overcome even the most difficult situation.

Anita Tösmagi – Financial Controller

My main areas of interest are corporate controlling, as well as strategic and business planning. Defining clear objectives, then drawing up plans to achieve these objectives are essential for successful operation. These plans must be dealt with regularly and consistently, and results must be controlled in order to accomplish our goals. I am a tidy and organising person by nature, but this is natural when one works in finances.

Noémi Koronczai – Project Manager

During my studies in economics, I was given a comprehensive picture of corporate operation, but it was actually putting this knowledge into practice that helped me advance.
I like to see the company I work with as a part of a specific system, for this is how I can best apply my knowledge and experience to resolving tasks.
I was primarily recruited to the Hess team for the ‘green catering’ project, through which our goal is to steer existing and potential clients towards environmentally-conscious solutions.
My task is to manage projects with the help of the project team, and to perform the related administrative activities.
Having a good relationship with all those I work with, both colleagues and partners, very important to me, as together we are able to achieve so much more.

Balázs Benke - Commercial Manager

Balázs Benke – Commercial Manager

As commercial manager for the household paper and plastic business lines, my primary task is to serve customer needs, and to harmonise these needs with manufacturing capacities. The acquisition of new clients and maintaining the satisfaction of existing clients is of key importance. I like travelling, meeting new people as part of my work, and I always strive to arrive at a mutually beneficial solution with all our partners.

Edina Tóth – Commercial Manager

As commercial manager, my primary area of focus is coordinating the corrugated cardboard business line. Any and all products made of corrugated cardboard are close to my heart. I love communicating with people, the travel that comes with commerce and trade, as well as the diverse and new challenges. Helping our partners find the most ideal arrangement gives me satisfaction.

Balázs Szabó – Head of the Commercial Team

As part of the commercial unit, I consider it my main task, in addition to serving our clients, to exploit new business opportunities, which I attempt to promote through an analytical approach and rational arguments. I believe establishing and maintaining good partnerships is of the utmost importance, as appropriate information flow is an essential part of a perfect system, and this is something we can only achieve through appropriate communication.

My daily routine focuses on coordinating the back-office work of the commercial team, in order to ensure that by optimising processes, productivity is kept at a continuously high level, which greatly contributes to efficient sales work by our commercial managers.

Zsuzsanna Mátis – Commercial Assistant

I work as a commercial assistant in the household paper and textile business line. I hold the whole production processes together, I am the one who facilitates communication between customers and manufacturing plants.
Why do I love being part of the Hess team? Because:
  • I think that in order to accomplish any given objective, you need clear direction and, very importantly, everyone in the team must be involved.

Within the commercial team, I am responsible for plastic and office paper. My main responsibility is
communicating with clients, registering orders, and also managing, in a swift and efficient manner, all problems that may arise. It is of crucial importance to me that our collaborating partners are satisfied with our services in each and every case. I hope and believe the high quality customer service work we provide also contributes to establishing and maintaining a returning clientele.
